About Julie Siggins Interiors

 

I am passionate about good design, as it can make such a big difference to the quality of our lives.  I believe a great interior design solution is not only pleasing to the eye, but also creates the right environment for the use of the room, making the most of space, light and form.

My interest in professional interior design started over 15 years ago, after my two children were born, when I wanted to do something that interested me, but still needing the flexibility of working hours to raise a family.

I completed my Diploma in Interior Design in 1994 and set up business in London, moving to Washington DC in 2002.  My associate Emma Wilson still operates from London and we regularly share insights and ‘goings on’ in the design world in both the US and European continents.

I live in McLean Virginia (just 10 miles outside of Washington DC) and work for clients within reasonable traveling distance in Northern Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC.
